When Bullhorn is integrated with WaveTrackR, you can create jobs and distribute them to multiple media channels directly within Bullhorn.For guidance on how to post jobs within Bullhorn, view this guide: Post a job in Bullhorn.
Additionally, jobs that are created directly in Bullhorn can be synchronised with WaveTrackR. Once synchronised, you can use WaveTrackR to distribute any jobs that have not yet been posted.
Sync Jobs from Bullhorn to WaveTrackR
In WaveTrackR, navigate to the Job Manager page.
Then click 'Sync jobs from CRM'.
A new window will open displaying a list of jobs from your CRM that are not yet available in WaveTrackR.
Select the jobs you want to add to WaveTrackR.
You can select individual jobs, or tick 'Select All' to add all unpublished jobs from Bullhorn.
Then click 'Sync Selected Jobs' to confirm.
Once the jobs are synced, they will appear in WaveTrackR as drafts.
To post a job on job boards:
- Go to the Job Manager page.
- In the Actions column, click the ... (three dots) next to the job.
- Select Edit.
- Follow the steps to complete the job posting and publish it to job boards.
