To bulk email or download candidates, start by navigating to the Candidates page in WaveTrackR within your Bullhorn account. On the right-hand side, there is a tick box that allows you to select multiple candidates at once. Once selected, a dropdown menu will appear, giving you the option to either bulk email or bulk download the chosen candidates.
If you choose to bulk email, the system will send messages using a pre-configured email template. These templates need to be set up in advance within your settings to ensure consistency and efficiency. More details on configuring email templates can be found here.
Alternatively, selecting the bulk download option will generate and save candidate details as a file, making it easy to manage and share candidate information as needed.
