To use CV Search, navigate to the CV Search tab to access the search feature. Enter your search criteria on the left-hand side and select the databases you want to search at the bottom. Click Search, and the matching candidates will appear on the right-hand side.

Saving your search criteria
There are two options for saving your searches:
- Save as Watchdog
- Set Filter as Default
Save as Watchdog - This option saves your search criteria and sends you frequent updates whenever a candidate matching those criteria appears in the CV search database.
Set Filter as Default -To save the selected criteria as your default, click Set Filter as Default. This saves your search criteria so that the next time you access the CV Search page, those criteria will already be pre-selected.
If you change your search criteria, you can:
- Click Reset to Default to return to your defined default values, or
- Click Clear All Filters to remove all filters and return to the system default values.
To view the search results, scroll to the bottom of the search box and click the Search button
Candidate's CV preview
You can click on a candidate to view their CV. Use the arrow buttons at the top of the page to navigate between CVs. You can also download the CV, email it to yourself, save it to a folder, or shortlist it for a job.
