What is Indeed Apply?
Indeed Apply allows candidates to apply for your jobs directly on Indeed. Once an application is submitted, the candidate and their application are sent to WaveTrackR for your recruiters to review and manage.
Before you begin
To activate Indeed Apply, confirm that:
- Your organisation has an active Indeed account.
- Indeed job posting has been configured in WaveTrackR.
- Your jobs are being successfully sent to Indeed through the WaveTrackR feed.
- You have the required WaveTrackR permissions.
- Your Indeed company account is connected to the correct WaveTrackR account.
Enable Indeed Apply
1. Sign in to WaveTrackR (if you use WaveTrackR in your CRM you will need to login to the standalone version)
2. Navigate to Contracts.
3. Locate your Indeed Posting contract and click Edit Contract under the actions.
4. Here you can choose to opt in or out of Indeed Apply.
5. Save the changes.
What happens next?
Once Indeed Apply is enabled:
- Eligible jobs sent from WaveTrackR will support applications directly through Indeed.
- Candidates will not need to leave Indeed to complete their application.
- Completed applications will be sent to WaveTrackR.
- The candidate source should be recorded as Indeed.
- Recruiters can review and manage those applications through their normal WaveTrackR workflow.
- Changes may not appear immediately because Indeed must process the updated job feed.
