If you want to search the CV database for a specific job instead of posting it—or even after posting—you can do so through the Job Manager page. Find and select the job, then click Search Database.
This will take you to the CV Search tab with the job's details pre-filled in the search criteria. Select the database you want to search, and matching candidates will appear. From there, you can perform CV search actions such as saving the CV against the job, downloading it, or saving it to a folder.
