Only users with WaveTrackR Manager roles can set up credit allocations for other users.

If you have WaveTrackR integrated with your Vincere account, you must log in directly to the WaveTrackR stand-alone site to set up credit allocations for other users.
Go to  https://wavetrackr.com/wtr/ and use your WaveTrackR username and password.

Then follow the Credit Allocation documentation.
