Navigate to the Contract page on the top.


On the Contact page, the top panel displays key figures from all contacts, showing an overview of media usage.

The contact table lists all contracts with details such as:

  • Contract name

  • Type

  • Cost

  • Number of used jobs

  • Received applications

  • Hires

  • Remaining credits (if not unlimited)

  • Expiry date

  • Action button for:

    • Editing the contract (Available only for users with manager role)

    • Viewing details (Opens the window where you can see details but also add data)

    • Renewing the contract (Opens the email with pre-define template)

    • Adding notes (Opens a window where you can add notes to the contract)


Click on the contract name to view more details about the contract, its monthly performance.

More contract settings and updates are accessible on the contract setting page. There if you have management permission, you can see what users can have access to the contract or update contract cost.
When you are on the main contract page, in the Action column hover over three dots and select 'Edit contract'.
