Once you have logged directly into your WaveTrackR account.
Manager user
In the settings page, there is a section called Preferences. Here you can select to have on or off for the following:
- Email me candidate applications - this gives you the option to turn off for all jobs for applications to only be sent to WaveTrackR instead of your inbox.
- Assign Users to Jobs - this is to allow your recruiters to be able to assign jobs to other recruiters within your team.
- Enable Field value saving - turning this on will allow you to be able to keep default fields filled with information on the job posting form.
- Open Next CV after reviewing candidate - When viewing candidates CV, you can turn on the option to view the next CV when you have a CV open already. This means you don't need to keep coming off the CVs to click on the next one to view.
Non Manager user
