New Candidate Management Feature – Email Overview

Each time a candidate applies for a job, the recruiter will now receive an enhanced email containing key information, including:

  • Job title

  • Reference number

  • Job details

  • Source/job board the application came from

  • Candidate’s match percentage ranking

  • Option to rank the candidate

  • Candidate details

  • AI Screening results 

  • A quick link to open application in WaveTrackR*

This update allows recruiters to quickly review and manage applications directly from their inbox, saving time and improving efficiency—especially when they can’t access their WaveTrackR account.

Please note: Open Application will only work for standalone WaveTrackR, not CRM integrations.
