To view your candidate, click on the job they applied for. This will open the job overview, with the Candidates tab displayed by default.
Once you select on the candidate you would like to view, you the have the options to rank the candidate, download the CV or email the CV to yourself.
Once you have viewed your candidates, a date will become present at the top of the Candidate to let you know when you last viewed it.
Each candidate will also display a percentage score indicating how closely they match the job based on key factors such as required skills, location, employment history, and relevant work experience as outlined in their CV.
