If a candidate applies for a specific job but you believe they are better suited for another role you've previously posted on WaveTrackR, you can shortlist them for that job.
To do this, first, click on the candidate’s profile to view their CV.
Then you will need to click on the icon below:
A pop-up will then appear, allowing you to select the job you want to shortlist the candidate’s CV to.
Once you've selected the job and clicked Shortlist, the candidate will be successfully added to that job's shortlist.
