To ensure you never miss an important email from WaveTrackR (especially job applications), follow the steps below to whitelist the email address: application@recruiters.wavetrackr.com
Gmail
- Open Gmail.
- Click the gear icon in the top right > "See all settings".
- Navigate to the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.
- Click "Create a new filter".
- In the "From" field, enter:
application@recruiters.wavetrackr.com - Click "Create filter".
- Tick "Never send it to Spam".
- Click "Create filter" again to confirm.
Outlook / Hotmail / Live
- Click the gear icon > "View all Outlook settings".
- Go to "Mail" > "Junk email".
- Under "Safe senders and domains", click "Add".
- Enter:
application@recruiters.wavetrackr.com - Click "Save".
iCloud Mail (Apple Mail)
- Log in at https://www.icloud.com/mail/.
- Open an email from
application@recruiters.wavetrackr.com. - Click the arrow next to the sender name > "Add to Contacts".
Alternatively:
- Go to Preferences > Rules.
- Create a rule to move messages from that address to your inbox.
Microsoft Outlook (Desktop App)
- Right-click a message from
application@recruiters.wavetrackr.com. - Choose "Junk" > "Never Block Sender".
- The sender is now added to your Safe Senders list.
Yahoo Mail
- Open Yahoo Mail.
- Click the gear icon > "More Settings".
- Go to "Filters" > "Add new filters".
- Name your filter (e.g., "WaveTrackR").
- In the "From" field, type:
application@recruiters.wavetrackr.com - Set it to deliver to "Inbox".
- Click "Save".
Additional Tips
- Check your Spam/Junk folder and mark any messages from WaveTrackR as "Not Spam".
- For IT-managed email systems, contact your administrator to ensure the domain is whitelisted.
