This guide will help you navigate and use the Job Manager feature on your website. Follow these simple steps to manage job postings effectively.

  • On the left-hand side panel, click Job Manager.
  • A submenu will appear, allowing you to:
    • Add new jobs
    • View or edit existing jobs
    • Manage job categories, job types, and job tags.

Job Listing


In this section, you can see all jobs that are published, expired, or saved as drafts.

1. Bulk action - use the bulk action feature to manage multiple job listings at once. You can:
  • Edit multiple jobs
  • Approve jobs
  • Move jobs to the bin
  • Mark jobs as expired
  • Mark jobs as filled or not filled

2. Use the predefined filters to search for jobs by specific dates, categories, or other fields. This helps you quickly find what you need.

 3. Use the search bar to find jobs based on specific keywords. Simply type in a word or phrase, and the system will display relevant results.
