To edit a job page that includes your client’s logo and description, you first need to add the client’s information on the back end of your website.
Once the client has been added, when you post a job using WaveTrackR you only need to select the client’s name. The system will then automatically post the job on your website using the correct template.
Adding Client Information
Go to the back end of your website and then navigate to the Clients tab.
Click 'Add New Clients'.
In the Title field, enter the client's name.
Adding a Clients Logo
To add a client logo:
Go to Featured Image on the right-hand side of the page.
Upload the logo image.
You can either:
- Select an image from your Media Library, or
- Upload a new image.
Once you have selected the image, click Set Featured Image.
Adding Additional Client Information
Scroll down to the Clients section and add the information about your client.
Important
The Display client info option determines which job template will be used.
- Tick “Display client info” if the client is a premium client and you want the job page to show the client description, logo, or video.
- If this option is not ticked, the job page will still show the client logo, but it will replace your website logo instead of showing the full client information.
Once the client is created on the website, you can post jobs using WaveTrackR within Bullhorn.
Follow the usual steps for posting a job.
When you select your website from the ‘Select Media’ tab, in the next step you will see a ‘Clients’ field.
This field includes a list of all clients you have created on your website. Select your client and complete all the steps to post your job (note that you no longer need to select a logo).
Once the job is posted with the selected client, the client logo will be displayed on the job page.
If you ticked the option ‘Display clients info’ on the website, the job page will show the client description, logo, client colour, and video (if provided).
