On the left-hand side panel, select 'Posts' and then 'All Posts' to view all published or draft articles.


  1. Title - Displays the title of the article.
  2. Author - Shows the name of the user who published the article.
  3. Categories - Lists the categories assigned to the article.
  4. Tags - Displays the tags associated with the article.
  5. SEO - Indicates how well the article is optimised for search engines like Google or Bing. A traffic light system is used:
  • Green: Good optimisation.
  • Yellow: Needs improvement.
  • Red: Contains errors.

TG: Meta Title (the title shown in search engine results).
DG: Meta Description (the description shown in search engine results).
R: Redirections (used to redirect users to another page if needed).

6. Comments - Displays comments added to the article. (This feature is usually turned off by default.)
7. Date - Shows the date the article was published.
8. Bulk Action - Allows you to edit multiple articles at the same time
9. Date & Category Filter - Lets you filter articles by their publication date or assigned category
10. Search Box - Helps you find articles by entering specific keywords.
