Access the Post Tab

Select Post from the sidebar, followed by Add New Post.

1. Add a title for the article

2. Provide the content in the main text editor.

3. Select an existing category to organise your article, or create a new category if needed. Categories help group similar articles, making them easier for users to find.

In the SEO Settings:

4. Write the Meta Title. This title will appear in search engine results, not on your website. A good Meta Title can improve visibility in searches.

5. Write the Meta Description. Like the Meta Title, the Meta Description is displayed in search engine results and not on your website. Include relevant keywords to attract users.


Adding a featured Image to your article 


Navigate to 'Featured image' and click 'Set featured image'.

You can select an image from the 'Media Library' or click 'Upload files' to add a new image.


Adding an image on the content of your article


On your article editor click 'Add Media'

You can select an image from the 'Media Library' or click 'Upload files' to add a new image.

Click 'Insert into post' at the bottom of the window to add it to the article.



Adding a video on the content of your article

To embed a video (i.e. YouTube or Vimeo) to the content of your article, simply past the link to the video into the article text editor. This will automatically be recognised and converted to an embedded video.



Publishing the article


Once all fields are completed, click the Publish button to make the article live on your website.
Alternatively, you can 'Save Draft' if you wish to continue editing the article later.

If you want to preview your article before publishing, use the preview option to ensure everything looks as expected.
