If your Indeed media is managed by Wave, WaveTrackR gives you a single place to view your contract, monitor your budget or spend, and keep track of how your Indeed activity is performing.
Your Indeed data is brought into WaveTrackR automatically, giving you visibility of your contract without having to manually update your figures.
What can I see in WaveTrackR?
Your Indeed contract page brings together key information about your contract, including:
- Contract details and dates
- Jobs posted
- Applications received
- Budget or spend information
- Hires, where hire data is available
The information displayed depends on whether you have a pre-pay or post-pay Indeed contract.
How is my Indeed performance updated?
WaveTrackR automatically receives Indeed contract data to help you monitor performance.
Your jobs and applications data is updated monthly, allowing you to keep track of:
- Jobs posted - See how many jobs have been posted to Indeed during your contract.
- Applications - See how many applications your Indeed jobs have generated.
You can also view performance over different periods to understand how your Indeed activity is changing over time.
Understanding your Indeed budget and spend
How your financial information is displayed — and how frequently it is updated — depends on your Indeed contract type.
Pre-pay contracts
With a pre-pay contract, an agreed budget is paid upfront for your Sponsored Jobs.
WaveTrackR displays:
- Remaining Budget – the budget currently available on your contract.
- Upcoming Remaining Budget – your projected remaining budget based on the latest data received from Indeed.
Both figures are updated daily, giving you an up-to-date view of how much budget you have available.
Post-pay contracts
With a post-pay contract, you're billed based on your actual spend rather than paying an agreed budget upfront.
Because there isn't a prepaid balance, WaveTrackR doesn't display Remaining Budget or Upcoming Remaining Budget.
Instead, WaveTrackR displays your Spend, which is updated monthly, giving you visibility of your costs throughout the contract.
Setting a budget notification
If you have a pre-pay Indeed contract, you can set a threshold notification to help you keep an eye on your remaining budget.
Choose the amount at which you'd like to be notified and select which users should receive the notification.
When your Remaining Budget falls below that threshold, WaveTrackR will automatically send an email to the selected users.
For example, if you set your threshold to £500, you'll receive a notification when your Remaining Budget drops below £500.
This gives you time to review your budget or speak to Wave before your available funds run too low.
Where can I find my Indeed contract?
In WaveTrackR, go to Contracts and select your Indeed contract.
From here, you can view your contract information and the Data & Performance section, bringing together your jobs, applications and relevant budget or spend information.
Buying Indeed media through Wave
