In Bullhorn, when a candidate is added to the system, they are assigned a Candidate
Status. When a candidate is shortlisted for a job, Bullhorn
also assigns a Submission Status to
track their progress.
By default, WaveTrackR assigns "Available" as the Candidate Status and "Shortlisted" as the Submission Status in Bullhorn.
On WaveTrackR, Bullhorn clients who are primary users will see this section
on the settings page. This section allows you to set up the statuses for the
yellow and green rankings.
For the parent status, you now
have two options—one for the yellow ranking and one for the green ranking, as
shown below:
The Green Parent status will determine both the Candidate Status and Submission Status, as shown
below
To assign a status, select the corresponding colour by
clicking the dot next to the input text
field.
Each status can be assigned one of four colours, which can
be repeated if needed. These colours serve as visual aids to help easily
identify different statuses.
WaveTrackR
defaults to "Available" for
Candidate Status and "Shortlisted" for Submission Status. However, these defaults can be customised by assigning a
single status for each parent.
With this setup, when ranking candidates, you will still see
the same options as before—Green, Yellow, and Red,
as shown below.
The key difference is that when a candidate is ranked Green, they will receive the Candidate Status as "New Lead" and the Submission Status as "Submission", based
on the default settings above.
