Click on the Post Job+ tab at the top of the page to begin. This will take you to the Post Job+ page.

The first step is filling out the Basic Information section. Complete as many fields as possible. You can also pin information to save it for future job postings. Once done, click Next at the bottom of the page.

This section displays candidates who match the criteria from the Basic Information section. It helps you determine whether suitable candidates already exist or if you need to post the job. If this is your first job post or you haven't received applications before, the Talent Pool will be empty.

The number of matching candidates will appear at the top of the page. Scroll down to review CVs and shortlist candidates before posting the job. Click Next to proceed or Previous to go back.

Choose where to post your job by selecting media platforms.

In the next step, choose where to post your job by selecting the media platforms. Some platforms may be marked as recommended based on your historical data. The system’s algorithm identifies which platforms offer the best chance of attracting high-quality candidates for this specific job.

Not all media support changes after a job has been posted. To check whether a specific media channel allows you later to edit, extend, or expire a job, simply hover over the “i” icon on the media box. A small popup will appear showing which actions are available.

Then, click Next to proceed or Previous to go back.


Here, you will create the job advert and add any additional information required for the media you selected.

Contact Information: Enter the name, email, and contact number of the person who will receive applications.

Job Requirements: Fill out the required fields.

The next step is to create the job description. 

Image PlaceholderUse the AI Assistant to generate an advert based on the details you've entered.

Click Generate Job Advert to create one automatically or add extra details manually.

Some media platforms may require additional information specific to their format.

The final stage is the Review & Send.

This is your final chance to review and edit your job posting.

Once you are happy with your job, you can click on the button Send. This will then bring up the below.

Click Send Now to publish the job immediately or schedule it for a later time.
