There are two ways to edit your job, but first, go to the Job Manager page. Once on the Job Manager page, locate the job you want to edit.

You can either click on the Actions tab on the left-hand side and select Edit, or click directly on the job title. Selecting the Edit action will take you to the job posting workflow, where you can make your changes.

If you click on the job title, you will be taken to the job details page. From there, click the Edit button at the bottom of the page. This will reopen the job in the posting workflow, allowing you to make your edits.


Once the job posting workflow is open, you can make edits to your job. Please note that not all fields may be editable, as this depends on the job board. Additionally, some changes may require an extra credit from your account.

After making your changes, click the Next button at the bottom to resend the job to the selected media platforms.
