To post a new job:
- Navigate to 'Post Job' on the left-side menu or
- click 'Create New' in the top-right corner and select 'Job' from the dropdown menu.

You will see the screen with steps to follow for filling up job details.

A horizontal progress bar at the top of the screen shows your current step. The Basic Information step is highlighted in green when active.

Fill in all required fields to proceed to the next step.

Talent Pools


The Talent Pools section allows you to search your CV database for candidates who match the job criteria. This step helps you decide whether to proceed with posting the job advert or to select candidates directly from your database.
  1. Review the list of candidates displayed based on the job details entered in the previous step.
  2. Proceed by clicking the 'Next' button.

Select Media


The Select Media section allows you to choose the job boards and media channels where your job advert will be posted. Recommendations are provided based on the job details entered.
  1. Review the available job boards displayed as cards.
  2. Click on a card to select or deselect a job board. Selected boards are highlighted with a purple background.
  3. Once your selections are complete, click the 'Next' button to proceed.

In the Job Advert section, you can provide additional details about the job, such as the job description, expiry date, industry, and specific requirements. You also have the option to use the AI Assistant, which will generate a job description based on the information you've entered so far, helping you create a compelling and detailed advert.
Once you've completed all the necessary details, click the 'Next' button to proceed.

Review & Send


The Review & Send section is the final step in the job posting process. Here, you can review all the details of your job advert and confirm it or make necessary amends.

 Carefully review all the information entered in the previous steps.

Make any final adjustments if necessary.

Once you're satisfied with all the information, you can choose to either 'Send' to publish the job immediately, 'Save' to save it as a draft for later, or even delete the job if needed. You can also navigate back to any previous steps to make adjustments.

If you select 'Send', you'll have the option to either post the job immediately or schedule it for a later time. A helpful graph will display the optimal days and times for posting.

After confirming the job posting, a confirmation window will appear, indicating whether the job has been successfully published to the selected job boards. If any issues appear here, please reach out to the Wave support team for assistance.
