To post a job using WaveTrackR, you’ll first need to create the job within your CRM (Itris). Head to the Jobs section in Itris and create a new job.
Then you will need to fill out the relevant fields.
Important: The Job Description field must include some text — either the full job description or a placeholder such as "TBC". This is necessary to allow the job to sync with WaveTrackR. Once the job appears in your WaveTrackR account, you can update or finalise the job description there as needed.
Once you're happy with the job you've created in Itris, go to your WaveTrackR.
In WaveTrackR, navigate to the Job Manager page.
Then click 'Sync jobs from CRM'.

A new window will open displaying a list of jobs from your CRM that are not yet available in WaveTrackR.

Select the jobs you want to add to WaveTrackR.
You can select individual jobs, or tick 'Select All' to add all unpublished jobs from Bullhorn.
Then click 'Sync Selected Jobs' to confirm.
Once the jobs are synced, they will appear in WaveTrackR as drafts.
To post a job on job boards:
- Go to the Job Manager page.
- In the Actions column, click the ... (three dots) next to the job.
- Select Edit.
- Follow the steps to complete the job posting and publish it to job boards.
