You can go back into your jobs at any point and view candidates, the job descriptions, the performance and history of the job. To do this, you need to go onto the Vacancies page within Bullhorn and click on the Job title of the job you want to look at. Then navigate to WaveTrackR tab. It will bring up all of the jobs information.
First it will be open on the Candidates tab. On the left, you can see all the candidates that have applied for the specific job that are new and haven't been sorted and on the right hand side, you can see candidates that have been sorted. Here you can view the CVs, rank them or search within the CVs.
The second tab is the Job Description, and this is where you can see the full description of the job.
The third tab is the Performance tab, and this is where you can see how the job has performed. You can view all candidates who have applied, been shortlisted, interviewed, or hired. If any candidates have been found through the talent pool, they will appear at the bottom.
The final tab is the History tab, where you can view all activity related to the job, including when it was created, posted, and any changes or updates made.
