As part of the job posting process, you now have the option to add AI-powered screening questions to help pre-qualify candidates more efficiently. After completing the initial steps—Basic Information, Talent Pool, Select Media, and Job Advert—you'll reach the AI Screening stage. Here, you can choose to add up to three custom screening questions tailored to the role. These questions are designed to help identify candidates who meet your essential criteria before reviewing their full application.

The AI will assess candidate responses and indicate whether they passed or did not pass the screening stage based on your chosen questions. This allows you to focus your attention on the most relevant applicants first, saving time and streamlining your hiring process.

Within the Candidates section, you can easily:

  • View which candidates passed the AI screening

  • Filter to see candidates who did not pass

  • Review all responses to help with decision-making

Using AI Screening ensures you're spending less time going through unsuitable applications and more time engaging with top-quality candidates.


You can also see the screening questions, which ones the candidates have passed or not passed the screening questions. 

Please note that you are unable to amend the AI Screening questions once you have posted the job, you will only be able to turn the feature off.
