Navigate to 'Job Applications'.
On the Job Application page click the 'Eye' icon or candidates name to view candidates details. A new window will open when you can change candidate status or add and manage notes agains this candidate.

- Under Save Application, open the drop-down menu and select a status for the candidate. The available options are:
- New
- Interviewed
- Offer Extended
- Hired
- Rejected
- Archived

Once you’ve selected the appropriate status, click the Save button to confirm your changes.
2. You can add or remove notes about candidates to keep track of details or updates. To add a new note:
- Type your message into the notes box labelled (2).
- Click the Add Note button to save your comment.
