On the CV Search results for the CV-Library database, you may see no candidates and an “already in session” message.

Why does this happen?

This issue occurs because CV-Library controls login sessions and usually allows only one active session at a time. If you are already logged in to CV-Library directly, the CV Search in WaveTrackR may not work. Even if you close your browser, your session may still remain active in the background.

Important - Always start your CV search in WaveTrackR. This ensures the system connects your session correctly between WaveTrackR and CV-Library and no error message should appear.
