The top panel displays key figures from all contacts, showing an overview of media usage.
The contact table lists all contracts with details such as:
Contract name
Type
Cost
Number of used jobs
Received applications
Hires
Remaining credits (if not unlimited)
Expiry date
Action button for:
Editing the contract (Available only for users with manager role)
Viewing details (Opens the window where you can see details but also add data)
Renewing the contract (Opens the email with pre-define template)
Adding notes (Opens a window where you can add notes to the contract)\]
Click on the contract name to view more details about the contract, its monthly performance or add hire data.
Contract Burn Date is the estimated date when the available credits on a contract are expected to run out, based on the current posting rate.
Colour dot for burn date explained:
Green: when burn date is the same as expiry date
Yellow: when burn date is after expiry date
Red: when burn date is sooner than expiry date
