As admin you will have the ability to amend certain parts of your contracts as well as assign credit allocation to the other users. First, you need to go onto the contracts tab on WaveTrackR and then click on the edit button on the left hand side.

Once you have clicked on the edit button, it will bring you to a more detailed page of that contract. There are fields that are greyed out which you are unable to amend but can see the information. However, you can amend the cost of the contract if needed. You can also add a description in to the contract as well.

At the bottom of the page there is a section called users where you can assign credits to certain users. To do this, you first need to click on Users Credit Allocation.

Once you have clicked on there, a pop up will show and here you need to tick activate credit allocation to turn on the feature. You can then have the allocation done for the whole contract or per month. If this is for per month then you need to tick the per month box. Then each user has a allocation box where you can enter in their allowance. Once done, you can click amend.

Once finished, you need to click on the tick box next to the button Save and then click Save. Any amends will now be saved and in place.
