Once the integration has been configured successfully, you can use WaveTrackR for job posting and candidate management.


Any new candidate that you shortlist in WaveTrackR will automatically appear as a Deal in your Bitrix24 CRM.

Please note that only shortlisted candidates are sent to Bitrix24. Shortlisted candidates are marked in green within WaveTrackR.


As a result, you may see multiple Deals for the same candidate. This is expected behaviour. However, when you view the candidate's contact record in Bitrix24, only a single contact will be displayed for that candidate.

Troubleshooting


If a shortlisted candidate does not appear in Bitrix24:

  • Refresh the Bitrix24 page.

  • Check the integration connection.

  • If necessary, generate a new Secret Key in Bitrix24 and update it in WaveTrackR.

  • Test the connection again.
