You can rank candidates using the following options:
- Red – Not suitable
- Amber – Might be suitable (moves to the Bullhorn Talent Pool)
- Green – Suitable and shortlisted for the job
On the left-hand side, you will see all unranked candidates. Once ranked, they will move to the right-hand side.
To view a candidate's CV, simply click on their name. The CV will then appear on the left-hand side.
