Viewing candidates for a specific job


To view your candidates, first go to the Job Manager page and find the job that has the candidates you would like to view.

Once you have found the job, hover over the total number of applications and a green View Candidates button will appear. Click on it.

This will display the candidates who have applied for the job. Each candidate will also show a percentage score indicating how closely they match the job, based on key factors such as required skills, location, employment history, and relevant work experience listed in their CV.
If you have set up AI screening questions for the job, the candidate box will also display their match against those statements.

Viewing all candidates for all jobs

Click on the Candidates tab at the top of the page to view all candidates. You can use the search option to narrow your results by job title, job number, date range, or more advanced filters under Additional Search Criteria, where you can search candidates by ranking, status, contact number, name, or email address
