You can add notes and assign specific actions to candidates who have applied for a job. To do this, first, navigate to the relevant job on the Job Manager page. Hover over the candidate count and click View Candidates.

This will take you to the job’s candidate list.

Adding notes to a new candidate:

  1. Click on the candidate’s name or the eye icon to open the CV Preview.

  2. In the CV Preview window, go to Notes on the left panel.

  3. Type your notes in the text box and click the Add Note button.

Simply click the note icon next to the eye icon.



After clicking the Note icon, a pop-up will appear where you can enter and save your note.




Once your note has been saved, a dot icon will appear to show there is a note saved.

In the 'Notes' window you can also remove previously added notes.

Any action or note added to a candidate will also appear on the CV Preview for that specific candidate on the left-hand side. You can also add notes there.

You are able to do multi select and different actions on both the New Applications and Sorted Applications sections.

In the New Applications column:

  • You can multi-select individual candidates or select all at once.

  • Use the Action dropdown to:

    • Assign a colour label to multiple candidates for quick visual organisation.

    • Shortlist candidates to another job in just a few clicks.

In the Sorted Applications column:

  • You can also multi-select or select all candidates.

  • From there, you can:

    • Send emails to selected candidates in bulk.

    • Download the selected candidate data for offline review or record-keeping.

These multi-select and action tools help streamline your recruitment process, saving you time and improving candidate management.
